All offers are strictly limited to selected suite types on set departures, subject to availability until sold out. Cruise fares are dynamic and may increase at any time. All prices are per person, based on double occupancy in the lowest available suite category at the time of booking, in Canadian dollars (CAD). Advertised savings apply to the cruise portion and suite upgrades only and exclude land extensions or land journey portions, airfares (unless expressly included as part of a flight offer), hotel stays, transfers not explicitly included, gratuities, optional excursions, insurance, on board purchases and other additional services. Offers are not retroactive and cannot be applied to bookings made prior to the booking window stated above. A non‑refundable deposit of $500 per person is required within 2 days of booking. The following final payment deadlines apply: Flexi Fare bookings require full payment 90 days prior to departure. Best Available Offer bookings require full payment 10 months prior to departure, or at time of booking if made within 10 months of departure. Once sold out or if full payment is not received by the applicable deadline, the standard Flexi Fare or other Best Available Offer may apply. Flight offers vary by itinerary, cruise length and suite selection. Flight offers are capacity controlled, have no cash value and are valid for Economy Class airfare up to $1,800 per person, including applicable taxes. Flights must be booked through Scenic between 10 and 6 months prior to departure and are valid only for travel on the scheduled cruise start and end dates. Deviations from scheduled dates and/or ports may result in additional charges. If flights are not booked by 6 months prior to departure, the flight offer will be replaced with savings in lieu of flights, as determined by Scenic. Full payment is required before flight arrangements can be confirmed. Once ticketed, air arrangements are non‑refundable, non‑transferable and no name changes are permitted. Full airline terms and conditions apply at all times. Offer combinability: Best Available Offer and Flexi Fare offers may be combined with loyalty vouchers and are valid on new group bookings made and deposited during the promotional period. Offers cannot be combined with exclusive promotions, solo traveller offers, F&F rates, interline or trade rates, or any other discounted or restricted‑rate offers unless expressly stated. Groups: Offers apply only to new groups booked and deposited during the booking window. No retroactivity applies to existing bookings, including adding or applying a Deposit Protection Plan or Flexible Booking Policy to an existing booking to access these offers. Scenic may correct any errors in published prices or offer details at any time, including printing, electronic or clerical errors. If an error affects a booking, Scenic may correct the price and either amend the booking to reflect the correct price, request payment of any difference or cancel the booking and process a refund in accordance with the applicable terms. Airport transfers are only available on the first and last day of your tour and at times we designate.
