Flexible Booking Plan
Learn more about our Flexible Booking Plan, which allows flexibility for guests travelling with us.
We understand you may need to adjust your plans, so we’re offering the option to add our Flexible Booking Plan to your journey, providing flexibility to change your travel arrangements or re-book for a more suitable time if needed.
This plan is available to purchase for $125pp for all river cruises, Emerald ocean/Yacht cruises and land tours, and $250pp for ocean cruises (Scenic Eclipse) across a wide range of destinations*.
The Flexible Booking Plan must be added and paid for at the time of the Booking Deposit.
You can defer travel or cancel your booking up to 90 days for river cruises and land tours or 120 days for ocean cruises prior to travel, with no cancellation fees (third party fees may apply).
Booking Deposits paid to us less any third party fees will be applied as a Future Travel Credit which is valid for 24 months for you to use on alternate tour or cruise.
If Full Payment is received and booking is cancelled, you will be granted with a Future Travel Credit minus any third party fees.
If you do not re-book within 24 months, your Future Travel Credit will be forfeited.
Cancellation for Flexible Booking Plan can be for any reason
Flexible Booking Plan Payment is non-refundable. Non commissionable.
Excludes Amazon and Galapagos cruising.
NOTE: The Flexible Booking Plan does not intend to replace travel insurance.
