Flexible Booking Plan
Learn more about our Flexible Booking Plan, which allows flexibility for guests travelling with us.
We understand you may need to adjust your plans, so we’re offering the option to add our Flexible Booking Plan to your journey, providing flexibility to change your travel arrangements or re-book for a more suitable time if needed.
This plan is available to purchase for CAD $125pp for all river cruises and land tours. For Scenic Discovery Yacht ocean voyages, the plan is available for CAD $250pp on eligible bookings through April 2027.
Please note: As of April 2027 the Flexible Booking Plan is not available for new Scenic Discovery Yacht bookings (2028/2029 seasons onward).
The Flexible Booking Plan must be added and paid for at the time of the booking deposit.
You can defer travel or cancel your booking up to 90 days prior to travel for river cruises and land tours, with no cancellation fees (third-party fees may apply).
Booking deposits paid to us, less any applicable third-party fees, will be applied as a Future Travel Credit, valid for 24 months, to use on an alternate tour or cruise.
If full payment is received and the booking is cancelled, a Future Travel Credit will be issued, less any applicable third-party fees.
If you do not re-book within 24 months, your Future Travel Credit will be forfeited.
Cancellation under the Flexible Booking Plan may be made for any reason.
Flexible Booking Plan payment is non-refundable and non-commissionable.
Excludes Amazon and Galápagos cruising.
