If the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) advises against travel to your destination and your departure is imminent, or your journey is significantly disrupted due to events outside of our control, you’ll receive either a full refund or a suitable alternative in line with our Booking Conditions (see clauses 10-11), allowing you to plan ahead with complete confidence.

The price you book is the price you pay once your journey has been paid in full*. No fuel surcharges*, no unexpected increases - just complete clarity from the outset in line with our Booking Conditions.^
