This prize draw is promoted by Scenic Tours(UK) Ltd, 4 Piccadilly Place, Manchester, United Kingdom, M1 3BN, company number 05770868 (“Promoter”). It is open to all UK residents, aged 18 years or over except employees of the Promoter (or any of its associated or group of companies), their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

The winner will receive an 8-day Scenic Europe River cruise on the Rhine, Danube or France in a Balcony Suite (C-Grade) for two adults, sailing in March, July, August 2026 or 2027 (subject to availability). Flights are not included, and Douro itineraries are excluded.

The promotion period commences at 8pm (GMT+1) on 9^th May 2026 and closes at midnight (GMT+1) on 15^th June 2026.  Entries received after this time will not be valid.

To enter the promotion, participants must complete and submit the online entry form during the promotion period and provide Promoter with their contact details, including (but not limited to) name, address, email address and phone number. Only one entry per email address is permitted.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for not complying with these terms and conditions, tampering with the entry process in any way or for otherwise submitting an entry that is not in accordance with or in the spirit of these terms and conditions.

There will be one prize drawn during the draw. The draw will take place 16^th June 2026 at midday. All eligible entries received during the promotion period will be entered into the draw. A winner will be chosen by random draw. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email.

The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) on 16^th June 2026. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 5 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

The Prize is subject to the dates specified and cannot be amended nor can the prize be refunded for cash, exchanged or transferred.

If the prize or any portion of it is unavailable, or rescheduled, for operational reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or that element of the Prize, for a Prize of a similar type or theme and of equal or higher value at another time or date.
